Judy Keyes can provide assistance with all your travel accounting needs. Judy has an extensive knowledge of travel agency accounting and management / administration in travel agencies and has 22 years experience in the industry. She can help you with any issues from your CRS download right through to your profit and loss / balance sheet entries. Judy has used most of the travel agency mid office systems available and is an accredited trainer with Quicken and a MYOB professional partner as well as being well skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Services available are:
  • Management of the agencies accounts using the Galileo / Crosscheck system or Tramada. Reconciliation of trip / booking files to ensure consultants files are up to date and correct. Reconciliation of bank accounts, balance sheet accounts etc.

  • Follow up or refresher training for your consultants. Training of your accounts staff with both Crosscheck and Tramada (mid office) and a back office system (MYOB or Quickbooks), coupled with month end assistance until competency is achieved.

  • A monthly / quarterly "health check" of the agency accounts to ensure that all entries are correct prior to BAS lodgement.

  • Set up or refinement of the mid and back office systems including additional reporting ,Corporate Reporting Management, Chart of Accounts etc.

  • Management of your accounting needs remotely. We are able to be your "virtual accounts" person. Management of your accounting functions within Crosscheck or Tramada can be done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis according to your needs.
